Return policy
Here at BOAZ, We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for
any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased from us, please contact us at
sales@boaz-ny.com within 5 days of receiving an item to receive a return authorization. Items must
be mailed out within 14 days of the date the return was issued. No returns will be accepted without
a return authorization by BOAZ. Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise that HAVE
NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. When shipping product
back to BOAZ, customers should insure the item for full value should anything happen during
shipping. PLEASE NOTE: In case of return/exchange shipping and handling charges will be
subtracted from your merchandise refund and are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are
the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase within 15
days of our receiving your returned product.

Shipping costs and methods:
All products are available in inventory unless otherwise noted, therfore will be available to ship in
3-5 days from your order date and upon approval of payment. For items that are special made
shipping date will vary from 1 to 3 weeks.

For your convenience we offer FREE STANDART shipping (3-5 business days) within the continental
US. If you choose any of the other priority shipping methods you will be charged with the additional
charges.   Note: PO Box, APO, FPO are shipped via USPS, therefore, packages will be delayed an
additional 2-3 days for shipping.

International Shipping costs, methods and disclosure:

International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the
weight of the package, and its destination, therefore we will contact you with the total charges prior
to shipping for your approval. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will
pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes,
which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying
additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your
local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Boaz, you are the
importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us
to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the
destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes
owed by you.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order
is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products
internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by
customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our
international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs
authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the
customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the
package.

Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from BOAZ, you are responsible for the
original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the
package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to
BOAZ. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.Most shipments to Europe or
Asia are delivered within 2 to 3 business days after leaving our warehouse.
